Travelers from 117 countries can now apply online for the tourist eVisa for Kazakhstan, while 23 nationalities are eligible for the business and medical treatment Kazakhstan online visa. Previously, most nationalities had to physically go to an embassy or consulate to complete the application.
The Government of Kazakhstan has introduced the electronic visa to simplify the process of applying for a visa for Kazakhstan. The online form is quick and straightforward to complete.
Mukhtar Tileuberdi, First Deputy Foreign Minister, said “We will check the information with the database and if there are no restrictions, we will issue a visa. This will ease the registration process, especially for the countries where there are no consular services available.”
He said the eVisas will contributes to the provision of comfortable conditions for business people and tourists.

The required information includes your full name, address, date of birth, Kazakh invitation number and passport details. There are also some health and security-related questions.
To successfully obtain the eVisa, applicants must meet the basic visa requirements. This includes holding an invitation to visit Kazakhstan, possessing a valid passport visa from one of the eligible countries and paying a fee using a credit or debit card.
The vast majority of applications will be approved after they have been screened by the relevant authorities. The approved eVisa is sent to the email address provided on the application form.
